Ingredients
2 pounds lean ground beef
1 onion, diced
3 cloves minced garlic
1 (14.5 ounce ) can petite diced tomatoes
2 (14.5 ounce ) cans Italian-style diced tomatoes
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 cup water
1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans
1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- In a large stockpot, brown ground beef
- Add onion and garlic and cook until onion is translucent
- Add all other ingredients. Simmer for at least 30 minutes and serve
