Ingredients:
1 pound asparagus
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper
1/2 cup grated parmesan
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cover rimmed making sheet with foil.
- Cut the woody stems off of the asparagus spears.
- Lay spears on the baking sheet and coat with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper and cheese
- Bake until cheese begins to brown, about 8-10 minutes.
