Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup canola oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 egg whites
1 egg
2 2/3 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
- Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl and mix on medium speed until smooth.
- Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt; stir with a whisk.
- Add flour mixture to wet ingredients, stirring just until combined. Stir in mini chips.
- Drop by tablespoonfuls two inches apart onto baking sheets.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
- Cool on wire rack
Servings: 3-4 dozen
