Ingredients:
1 pound ground chicken
1 egg
1/4 cup Boursin or Alouette herbed cheese
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/4 cup plain dry bread crumbs
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil generously sprayed with cooking spray or use a Silpat mat.
- Form 20-22 meatballs and place on prepared baking sheets.
- Bake 10 minutes; flip; bake 10 minutes more
- These can be frozen and reheated, or frozen pre-baking for a better texture when finished.
